2021 Saini Ranch Vineyard
Chenin Blanc | Dry Creek Valley

150 cases produced

$32

Quince paste, orange blossom, chamomile, jasmine, straw with a body and mouthfeel of delicate neutral oak. Light, yet with a strong concentration to it. Bone-dry finish.

We like to call Chenin, "breakfast wine" but it goes perfectly with almost anything light and creamy. Its acidity makes it a welcome partner to spicy or asian cuisine.

2020 Abel Vineyard Pinot Noir | Anderson Valley

112 cases produced

$65

From the Abel Vineyard, this single vineyard Pinot Noir is a quintessential expression of the Deep End of the Anderson Valley. Beautiful, rich fruit, fully ripened in cool, full sun allowing low alcohol but a full body mouth feel and flavor profile.

ROSÉ-21.JPG

Beautiful and balanced Rosé of Pinot Gris + Pinot Noir from our Estate Vineyard in the deep end of Anderson Valley. High acidity with notes of hibiscus + saline. Concrete egg fermented & finished in 6 mos of neutral French oak.

CHARD-20.JPG

A true "Burgundian" California Chardonnay with orchard fruits and lemon curd flavors balanced by a vein of minerality and bright acidity. Neutral French oak fermented.

A co-fermented wine of Pinot Gris + Pinot Noir from the same vineyard. A light, fruity red, kind of like a Beaujolais. Served chilled.
